A space for Cyprus’ creative voices.
Cyprus is home to a growing and diverse community of artists, makers and creative minds. From visual art and design to music, performance, craft and everything in between, there is no shortage of ideas and talent. Yet discovering this work, getting to know the people behind it, and finding ways to connect can still be difficult.
At the same time, artists often lack accessible spaces where they can share their work, meet others and connect with new audiences. Nestopia was created to bring these two sides closer together.
Nestopia is a small creative space in the heart of Nicosia, built around discovery and exchange. We showcase artists and their work, but also create opportunities to meet them through workshops, sessions, conversations, exhibitions and other small happenings.
We’re interested not only in what artists create, but in who they are: their ideas, interests, influences, stories and all the little things that make their work personal.
What we do
Space for Creativity
A physical and digital space where artists can share their work, develop ideas and connect with people beyond their usual circles.
Featured Artists
Every two months, we spotlight a new group of featured artists. Their work is exhibited at Nestopia alongside content created with them, and, whenever possible, workshops, events and other activities led by the artists. Each feature offers a different way to discover their work, meet the people behind it and experience what they do.
Merch Shop
Our shop brings together work and objects by local artists and creatives, giving them another way to reach an audience and making their work accessible beyond the space itself. We also create our own Nestopia merchandise from time to time.
Workshops & Sessions
We host small-scale workshops, artist-led sessions, talks and other creative gatherings. These can be anything from learning a new skill to exploring an idea, sharing a practice or simply getting a group of curious people around the same table.
Use the Space
Nestopia is also available for creatives who need a small, flexible space for their own projects, workshops, meetings or events. We’re particularly interested in ideas that bring people together and make use of the space in unexpected ways.
We’re open to ideas.
Things can be personal, experimental and a little unexpected.

Giorgos Papakonstantinou is a Cypriot writer and poet, and co-founder of Nestopia. With a background in literature and creative writing, his work explores themes of identity, belonging, and collective memory. Through Nestopia, he aims to foster meaningful dialogue between artists and audiences, supporting the growth of an engaged and inclusive cultural landscape in Cyprus.

Savvas Chrysostomou is a Cypriot singer-songwriter and graduate of Leeds Beckett University in Music Production and Performance. Founder of the project Sais, he explores the Cypriot dialect through a fusion of psychedelic and rock sounds, creating a distinctive musical identity. Alongside his work as a performer and composer for theatre and interdisciplinary productions, he is also co-founder of Nestopia Creative Hub, where he is dedicated to fostering collaboration among artists, strengthening the local creative community, and promoting authentic artistic work in Cyprus.

Katerina is a cultural project manager and co-founder of Nestopia. She studied International Management and holds a Master’s in Design and Innovation Management, bringing together strategic and creative approaches in her work. With experience in project management in theatre and NGO administration, she is committed to supporting local artists and nurturing a vibrant cultural community in Cyprus through Nestopia.
