Welcome to Nestopia Creative Hub. Nestopia Creative Hub is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting artistic practice, collaboration, and education. By accessing or using our website, services, events, workshops, seminars, or online shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Workshops & Seminars (General)

  • Seminars are organized and hosted by Nestopia Creative Hub and are addressed to artists and creatives, focusing on professional development topics (e.g. social media, branding, funding applications).

  • Workshops may be hosted by Nestopia or by external artists through an open call process. Specific terms apply to workshop hosts (see Workshop Terms).

Nestopia reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify workshops or seminars when necessary.

3. Online Shop

3.1 Products

  • Products sold may include merchandise, printed material, or creative items.

  • Product images are for reference; slight variations may occur.

3.2 Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Euro.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

3.3 Shipping & Pickup

  • Shipping cost: €3 per order.

  • In-store pickup is available free of charge.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

3.4 Returns

  • Due to the nature of merchandise sales, all purchases are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
